Getting to the Upper Darby Police Building

The District Court 32-1-35 is held in two different buildings, one for criminal cases, and one for civil and traffic cases. If you’ve received a criminal case summons, then your case will be heard in the Upper Darby Police Building, under the Honorable Ann Berardocco. Look on your summons to see which type of case is there, so that you don’t go to the wrong building.

The Upper Darby Police Building is located at 7236 W Chester Pike, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania 19082. There is street parking, but you’ll still want to arrive early, just in case the street is full and you have to park further away.

Criminal Hearings and Cases?

Magisterial district courts have jurisdiction over criminal charges and preliminary hearings for criminal charges, misdemeanors, and felonies, including firearm violations, drug possession, assault/battery, DUI, and any other crimes that have taken place within their district. There are thirty different offices representing each district, located throughout the county.
